Sun 16 Jul, 15.30
Sun 16 Jul, 19.00

This new adaptation of the great modernist masterpiece, Heart of Darkness, is set against the backdrop of the War on Terror. A troubled young woman journeys upriver in a desolate war zone to find and expose the infamous Kurtz. The further she travels from civilization, the harder she finds it to distinguish between nightmare and reality, past and present, righteousness and evil. Joseph Conrad’s searing indictment of colonialism is presented by Rose Youth Theatre.
