We’re delighted to announce that HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex will be attending IYAF’s gala night on Friday 13 July.
The gala night will showcase some of the UK’s best young dance talent, with a double-bill performed by Quicksilver (Rambert Youth Dance) and Shoreditch Youth Dance & Smikle Dance Project.
Prince Edward is President of Creative Youth, the Kingston-based charity that administers the International Youth Arts Festival, which this year marks its 10th anniversary.
Louise Coles, CEO of Creative Youth, said: “We’re honoured to welcome HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex back to Kingston for our 10th anniversary gala evening. A long-standing champion of the arts, and of Creative Youth, he has been a tireless supporter of our organisation over the past decade. It promises to be a great evening of celebration.”
