The IYAF 2019 programme is packed with thought-provoking, funny, beautiful shows that tell classic stories, tackle big subjects and transport us to different worlds. Theatre, children’s shows, music, dance, comedy – there’s a brilliant breadth of work, all created by or for young people and featuring an incredible depth of young and emerging talent.
Theatre, comedy, dance. Using drama, movement and humour our Fringe programme tackles subjects as diverse as gender inequality, immigration, and modern relationships and reveals how young artists respond to the world today.

Our In Kingston Music Stage brings a weekend of brilliant new music to the Marketplace, so grab a deckchair, sit back and get into the Festival flow. From contemporary folk and acoustic, to hip hop and ’90s nostalgia, we’ve got it covered.
