Hear from our past Young Creatives

“Being part of Creative Youth’s Young Creatives has been an incredible opportunity to have a real insight into and impact on an arts organisation. I’ve learnt so much. It’s also created an opportunity for me to join the Board of Creative Youth, which is giving me great experience in leadership.”
Emma Kendall

“I saw the ad for this new group that Creative Youth wanted to create and was instantly attracted to it but I didn’t think I had the skill set or the experience for what they were after – I had just recently come out of school and was working out the industry for myselfThe team is amazing – so open to what we put forward, constantly wanted to facilitate our ideas as well as keeping us realistic and sustainable. I can’t recommend this highly enough for everyone.”
Eleanor Clark

“Being part of the Young Creatives has been an incredible stepping stone in my careerAfter being on the Young Creatives board, within a year I was given the opportunity to become the IYAF Programme Manager, working for and with an incredible Director and I am still here today over 2 years later.”
